Terms of Service

What MeshMind is

MeshMind is an AI modeling copilot for Blender: a Blender extension plus a subscription service that executes modeling actions in your Blender scene based on your text prompts. It is operated by BusinessBrain Dev ("we", "us"). By purchasing a subscription or using the service you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and tokens

• Plans renew monthly and include a monthly allowance of MeshMind tokens, the unit that meters AI work. Unused monthly tokens do not roll over; purchased top-up tokens never expire and are consumed only after your monthly allowance.
• Our checkout, billing, and payment processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their terms also apply to purchases.
• You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Your access token is personal. Don't share it; we may reset a token that is being abused and issue you a new one.

Your content

Everything MeshMind creates in your scene is yours. We claim no rights over your models, scenes, prompts, or reference images.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent metering, or use the service for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

MeshMind is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and AI output can be imperfect — that's why every action is undoable and destructive operations require your approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Purchase details — your name, email, and order information, received from Lemon Squeezy when you subscribe, used to create your account and deliver your access token.
• Prompts and scene context — when you send a prompt, the add-on transmits your text plus a compact text summary of the relevant scene (object names, dimensions, positions) and, for visual verification steps, viewport captures. These are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the modeling actions, subject to their API data policies — API data is not used to train their models.
• Usage metering — per-request token counts and costs, tied to your access token, so plans and balances work.

What we never collect

Your .blend files never leave your machine. We don't sell personal data, run ads, or use your prompts or scenes to train models.

Retention and contact

Account and metering records are kept while your subscription is active and as required for accounting. To access or delete your data, email support@meshmind.tools.

Refund Policy

If MeshMind isn't for you, email support@meshmind.tools within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no interrogation — provided your account has used fewer than 1,500 tokens. That's dozens of modeling actions: plenty to genuinely try MeshMind, not enough to model your whole project on our dime.

Past that threshold, and for renewals and top-ups, refunds are handled case by case — and if something on our side broke your experience, we'll always make it right. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
